Nicole is a 3L JD/Master of Food and Agriculture Law and Policy candidate at Vermont Law and Graduate School. She is honored to join the SBLC this semester as a Student Clinician, and to serve Vermonters with small business ambitions. Her legal interests span an array of topics, such as business law, tax law, ecosystem stewardship and conservation, international trade, and food security and sovereignty. The kitchen counter plays a central role in her life—a place for preparation, innovation, and generosity—and guides her steady commitment to expanding access to sustenance and justice for all. Beyond farming and cooking, she enjoys sewing, bicycling, and cuddling with her dog, Scout.
