Please fill out an inquiry form to let us know you would like an educational consult with our team of faculty, staff, and students from the Small Business Law Clinic. Depending on your individual needs, we may directly refer you to the Vermont Bar Association to be matched with a Vermont lawyer who will accept our terms to provide you with up to 10 hours of their services, at no cost to you.

Please note: As we near the end of the year, we have no appointments left in 2025 or in January 2026. From December 22 – January 4, there will be limited communication from our office as will be taking time for rest and restoration with our families.
