Join faculty and students from the Vermont Small Business Law Center at Vermont Law & Graduate School, for a conversation about the legal essentials of launching and managing your small business. These interactive sessions cover critical topics such as business formation, contracts, intellectual property protection, and basic regulatory compliance. Each Zoom session includes a live Q&A, so bring your questions!
