Are you a business that needs help accessing legal service regarding the July 2023 flooding damage to your business? Let us help you. This month, you’ll find us in Barre where lawyers from the Vermont Law School’s Small Business Law Clinic, Vermont Legal Aid, and Legal Services Vermont will be on hand to help you in person.

Volunteers will be available to:

• -provide information and answer questions about the 2023 and 2024 floods
• -help file FEMA/Disaster Unemployment Assistance (DUA)/SBA appeals and late applications where applicable for the July 2023 floods
• -help with recertifying Continued Temporary Housing (Rental) Assistance for the July 2023 floods
• -and assist with other paperwork such as landlord communications or insurance claims

This event will provide legal information, advice, and limited assistance.
